More Stuff to Bitch About:

So I was feeling pretty good in the beginning of the week. I had to go for two different scans. This fasting thing is killing me. You all know me and my morning coffee! They went ok. I think they are so they have a baseline before Chemo.

I also had my mediport put in on Wednesday. It went fine, but now I am hurting on my left side too. They really don't want cancer patients to be able to sleep! There is a two inch scar below my collar bone and there is this big bump under my skin. But from what I read, this in normal. I also hear I will be greatful once chemo starts.

Last night I met my best buddy Denise to pick up my wig. What a disaster! It was straight with a side part with a bid of a wave. We explained to the ladies there that I needed more curls and then they brought out a "bad" wig one that had too many curls and had gotten frizzy. Denise and I laughed because that bad wig looked just like my hair! We asssured them that that was the style I wanted. They say as long as that is what I want, that is what they will do. Wish me luck.

I slept most of the day today and not motivated to do anything at all. I did make a few phone calls to learn that my disability check is lost in the mail. It can only get better, right?
