It's been quite a while since I have gone to Church. I think I took the summer off. I was really good for the 8 years that I taught religion. Last year I decided that I needed to "retire". Dan and his friends were getting too old to be cute! Joe finished after confirmation in eight grade. It was really hard keeping the attention of a bunch of ten year olds.
Anyway, back to tonight. Mom and Dad stopped by today to help me out. They did some light cleaning and made me get out of bed. Then suggested I go to church with them. Since Daniel was out I figured what the heck. We get there the mass is just starting and my mom decides we should go sit in the second row. She likes to be by the choir man. He always blesses her! We were so close I felt like we were serving the mass. Did I mention that on one was sitting in front of us.
After dinner we went back to their house for pizza. Stayed for a little while then decided that I missed my bed and sweatpants, so came back home. Chip really missed me he even did a happy pee although I was only gone for 2 1/2 hours. The cats didn't even know I had left!
Dan just got in a little while ago and Joe has been staying away because he is being forced to stay here next week because his father is going away. They do have a few days off from school so it shouldn't be too bad for him!
